$135 per 55-minute session
PAYMENT
Check or cash is accepted for payment.
INSURANCE
I participate in-network with some managed care plans and file out-of-network for others. Please feel free to discuss your coverage with me and also check your coverage carefully with your insurance carrier by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours advance notification is requested to avoid being charged for a missed appointment.
